3. Non-Delivery: Pattern not received within 24 hours of purchase

4. Major Description Error: Significant mismatch between product description and actual pattern

Refund Process:

1. Contact us at support@craftyvibe.store within 7 days of purchase

2. Provide order number and issue details

3. Allow 3-5 business days for review

4. If approved, refunds processed to original payment method

❌ Non-Refundable Circumstances

No Refunds For:

• Change of mind or "didn't like the pattern"

• Incorrect size selection or yarn choice

• Skill level mismatch (pattern too easy/too difficult)

• Inability to open PDF due to personal device issues

• Not reading product description before purchase

• Pattern modification needs or personal preference changes

• Partial refunds for multi-pattern bundles

• Replace corrupted files free of charge
